CONTENT, THE SITE, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO
USE THE SITE, OR ANY DECISION OR ACTION YOU
MAKE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE. YOU
AGREE THAT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY, IF ANY, THAT
DAY-TRADERS.COM MAY OWE TO YOU IN CONNECTION
WITH THIS AGREEMENT, THE SITE, AND YOUR USE
OF THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT, SHALL NOT, UNDER
ANY CIRCUMSTANCE OR THEORY OF LAW OR RECOVERY,
EXCEED $100. YOUR ONLY OTHER REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION
WITH THE SITE, SITE RELATED SERVICES OR CONTENT
OR INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THE SITE IS
TO STOP USING THE SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED

you a password that confirms your subscription.
You will need this password to access the

password to any person, you are in violation
of your agreement and will be barred for life

agree to pay a monthly subscription fee and

(registration constitutes your agreement to
this Subscription Agreement and the Terms
of Use), you must choose an on-line user name
and password. This will permit you to enter

Canceling Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your paid subscription
with us, simply login to your Paypal account
and cancel your subscription before the time
of your expiration or contact any staff
member at
Day-Traders.com to terminate your account
and to cease all future billings against your
account. You have full control
over your subscription. However, monthly subscription
fees which have been charged to your credit
card in the past will not be refunded to you,
in whole or in part. Day-Traders.com
has the right to cancel your subscription
and terminate this agreement if you fail to
observe any provision of this Subscription
Agreement or any of the Terms of Use with our
site. We also can cancel your subscription
if authorized charges to your credit card
are not honored, or if Day-Traders.com is
no longer authorized to charge your credit
card. Upon cancellation, you will be denied
further access to the restricted portion of
the Day-Traders.com site. Day-Traders.com
will have no obligation to return any portion
of the subscription fees you have paid prior
to cancellation.
Duration of Our Agreement
This Subscription Agreement and the Terms
of Use, as well as your authorization to Day-Traders.com
to charge your credit card for subscription
fees on Day-Traders.com’s behalf (until cancellation),
will continue for month to month as long as
you are a subscriber.
Evidence of Your Agreement with Us
If you register with Day-Traders.com, and
provide us with your credit card information,
select a user name and password, visit and
use our site, YOU WILL BECOME A PARTY TO AND
BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS SUBSCRIPTION
AGREEMENT AND BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF USE
THAT FOLLOW, UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR
SUBSCRIPTION.

that you are solely responsible to verify

The Subscription Agreement and the limited
license granted to you are personal to you,
and may not be assigned or transferred by

solely responsible for any liability arising

solely in a federal or state court of competent
subject matter jurisdiction within the jurisdiction

of Nevada, Las Vegas Division. You also agree
to submit and consent to the personal jurisdiction
and venue of any such court in the event Day-Traders.com
commences an action against you.
If any term or provision of the Subscription
Agreement or of these Terms of Use is finally
found by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be void, invalid, unenforceable or otherwise
contrary to law, the remainder of the Subscription
Agreement or Terms of Use, as the case may
be, that can be given effect without such
term or provision, shall be given full effect.
Any failure by Day-Traders.com to enforce
strict performance of any provision of the
Subscription Agreement or the Terms of Use
will not constitute a waiver of its right
subsequently to enforce such provision or
any other provision of the Subscription Agreement
or Terms of Use.
